I had previously read the book but wanted to buy it to have the complete set of books. ever know when you want to reread them!
Another great adventure with Jacob and his Roman "friend". Non stop action and intrigue, all over the world. Wonderful characters and an exciting plot make for a great read.I always preorder Seeley's books and when I receive them, they go to the top of my reading list.
There back...... Jacob and his mind (Mercury) in a fast paced action thriller.I really enjoyed the non stop banter (arguing/fighting/sulking) between Jacob and Mercury. Pia is as smooth in this as a fine single malt.Normally I like to take my time reading Sabel books, but not this one it took a day and an half to read cover to cover.5 Stars easy.Keep up the good work Seeley.
This is the best book of the series. Edge of your seat action with twists and turns over and over again. Simply amazing.
Just as my circadian rhythms were beginning to settle, he has to release Book 11 of the Sabel Security Series ( A Jacob Sterne Mystery). Will the man just leave me in peace? I'm going to leave his punishment to Mercury but, without spoilers, this addition to his remarkable 10 others in the series (yes, read them all) this one may take the suspense cake as well as trashing my retirement sleep cycle.Glutton for all-night suspense and mystery reading? Go ahead, but don't say I didn't warn you.
